TROIKA Forum
An important pillar within The Robert Investment Group Governance Model is the TROIKA forum, which enables smooth communication, transparency, and efficient governance. The TROIKA consists of the portfolio company’s Chairperson (typically appointed from The Robert Investment Group Network), a responsible advisory partner at The Robert Investment Group, and the portfolio company’s CEO. Working closely together, the TROIKA serves as a sparring partner to the CEO and keeps The Robert Investment Group well-informed of the portfolio company’s performance. This informal forum also builds strong relationships among the involved parties and helps drive value creation in an aligned and effective way.
Additionally, common incentives are secured through the board and management participation programs. Under these programs, the board and selected members of the management team are invited to invest in the portfolio company, creating a joint agenda and common goals.
